As I started to watch the "Industry Insight Report: Cyber Insurance - A Challenge for every tribe," I was immediately hit with a question. How many organizations have sat through a table read of a cyber attack scenario? For those that have, how was the table read accepted by those invited? Did you prep the team or spring on them the topic when the meeting started? Did the team feel it a waste of time or extremely valuable? Was your organization prepared or did it become an eye opening scenario that more planning should be done for the just-in-case-scenario? Did you create your own table read scenario or use a canned scenario and or template? Any related thoughts would be appreciated.
